We were renovating our basement and our windows were very old and leaking air and couldn’t be opened or even cleaned. We chose Kempenfelt Windows & Doors on the recommendation of a friend and their many positive reviews. They attended and took measurements and gave us a quote that was very reasonable. The windows were installed and they are beautiful. All employees were polite and professional and and great to deal with. I highly recommend Kempenfelt Windows & Doors. I will definitely use this company again when replacing the rest of our windows and doors.

Thank you so much for everything! You have all been awesome and your installation team and charming, highly skilled and professional. The door looks amazing and I already noticed a huge difference in temperature in that area and the lock and door are so smooth and easy to open its perfect. I had to practically arm wrestle the old door to open it.

We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your high quality windows and outstanding customer service. Purchasing windows is a huge expense and one that is not done lightly. We have felt confident with Kempenfelt through the entire process. Our salesman Eric is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. We were particularly impressed with our installation team! Jesse, Tyler and Dave were extremely professional and competent and paid attention to every detail. We would like to request that team back for our installation in June for our main floor windows.
