From your attention to details through the measure’s input and the install crew everyone performed better than expected, and the scheduler who kept us informed as to any delays in the process. After receiving a few quotes for the same job and quality of garages, we decided to go with Kempenfelt Windows & Doors. The cost difference between the smaller organizations and them was only within a few dollars to my surprise. I have no regrets, the quality of the work appears to be great and I was really attracted to their warranty (25 years). It gives me a little bit of piece of mind as my old garage doors only lasted 15 years (barely). I would consider using them again when we do more exterior home improvements.

Just had 11 new windows installed and was very happy with the service and quality of the product. From showroom to installation the service was friendly and efficient. Top marks for Jesse, Dave and Tyler who showed up on time, were courteous and did a top notch job at installing my windows. All in all I highly recommend this company.

We were very satisfied with all aspects of our purchase and the installation service we received from the Kempenfelt Team. The salesman Mark, the office staff and the installers were very professional and kept us informed with the installation timeline, which was actually a couple of weeks ahead of the scheduled date. We are also very pleased with the quality of the door that we chose and look forward to no more drafts and cold air leaking in. If we decide to upgrade any doors or windows in the future, Kempenfelt will be our contractor of choice. Thank you Kempenfelt Doors & Windows.

Purchasing windows is the type of task homeowners dread. Replacing something you already have – like the roof, a furnace or windows – is not nearly as exciting or rewarding as installing new flooring or renovating the kitchen.
When it was time to replace an old wood-framed window because it refused to crank open and the brick sill it sat on was crumbling to pieces after years in the weather, I knew who to call.
Having bought doors from Kempenfelt Windows & Doors more than 20 years ago, I understood the quote they gave me meant I would be getting an excellent product, professionally installed and on time. No nonsense.
Although expectations were already high, the finished job was beyond my expectations. Kenny and his crew did a top-notch installation that made it look like the house was made for the window instead of the other way around. Perfect!
The incredibly skilled work of Darryl and Brian, who did the aluminum cladding on the window plus the front entrance and garage doors, made the entire house pop. It was an incredible reveal.
I was shocked by the huge improvement it made to the home’s curb appeal, especially because I wasn’t expecting this to be a rewarding transformation.
