Jesse, Tyler and Dave killed it. The job was professional, courteous, clean and efficient. The team informed us well of everything going on and did top quality work. The installation is great, the products are awesome. They even helped me carry in some groceries. Thanks again guys! I would gladly recommend them again.

The whole experience was excellent. Paul in sales was very informative and super patient, never pressuring us to make a decision and always willing to answer any questions we had. He is really great. The install crew headed up by Larry and including Zach, Caedan, Connor, Devon and I think maybe Jordan (sorry if we missed any names) were one of the best we have ever had in terms of renos/installs. They were all personable, respectful and hard working – left their tools neatly stacked and out of the way overnight and the clean up throughout and especially at the end of each day and at the end of the job, was really well done. As a side note, our rescue dog who doesn’t tend to like guys in ball caps loved these guys! Workmanship is truly excellent and we couldn’t be happier with the job and the new windows. Sincere thanks.

Had my Garage Doors replaced. Everyone from sales to installation were very professional and great to work with. Installation crew showed up on time and did a great job cleaning up. Doors look awesome!

I love the front door. So does everyone else who has seen it or received my picture. John was correct when he advised the Mystic Grey. The colour is perfect. The patio door is such an improvement from both a functional and visual perspective from the original.
I was very impressed with the three gentlemen who installed the doors. They arrived promptly on time and the man who appeared to be the lead introduced himself politely and shared his colleagues names. All were polite and respectful. They were clearly experienced installers going efficiently, neatly and carefully about their work. It was even obvious that they like each other and enjoy the work they do. I could overhear their conversation and the collaborative approach in which they worked.
The operation of doors was clearly explained to me and my home was left very clean and tidy. There was only a little dust which is to be expected.
Overall I was very pleased with my experience with Kempenfelt windows from sales, to measuring, to installation. So professional. Now I want to do all my windows. 5 stars!
