They came, measured the for the custom window, and installed it when it was ready. The installation was professional and the installers (Larry, Caedan, Connor) very good. Area was cleaned up back framing and trimming excellent, and caulking and metal work looks nice. We would use them again for any future windows we need.

Thank you so much to Mark L. for all of your help. This was not an easy job. We raised our cottage which meant replacing some old windows and designing some new windows. Mark L. worked with us all the way. This gentlemen is patient and knows his product well. He answered all our questions. He was there from inception to installation. Could not have done this without him. And also thank you to Mike and his installation team. They put our best interests first. So glad we chose Kempenfelt Windows & Doors.

I cannot say enough about Kempenfelt Windows & Doors. From my very first contact with Paul in Sales to the crew who showed up to do my installation (Larry, Trevor, Connor, David and Denver) their service was top notch. They are all so knowledgeable, skilled, tidy, friendly and polite. They took the time to speak to all of us with such courtesy and respect. I highly recommend this company. Way to go!!!
