The Sales Process: Dealt with Rob the owner. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Rob didn’t apply any pressure during the sales cycle, was more than happy to answer questions as they came up during my conversations with other window companies. Very accommodating of changes we asked for before signing. The Day of Installation (early December 2020): Rich showed up with a crew of 7 to install 12 windows, 1 front door and one patio door. They arrived on time and proceeded to lay down drop cloths and other floor coverings. Next was existing window removal – only one broken window during that process and they did a thorough job cleaning up the broken glass outside. The installation of new product was smooth – each installer had a task and knew how to do it – a well oiled machine. The finishing (trim, caulking…) exceeded my expectations. They were all very courteous and professional, and all were masked up for Covid. I should also note that I was working from home that day and never was the noise so loud that I couldn’t hold conference calls or concentrate. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They were in and out in roughly 7 hrs. The product: I can’t believe how much quieter these windows are. Very little road noise coming through. Although I have no quantitative measures of this, it would seem to me that the furnace is not kicking in quite as often The After Install Service: I only had one issue that I pointed out to the installers at the end of the day. Since it wasn’t something they could address right away, Rich let me know that he would review it with the office staff and to expect a call the following week. I got the call the following Monday and the service call is scheduled for next week. I’m very satisfied with my experience with Kempenfelt Windows & Doors and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

We decided to upgrade our garage doors to match our front door this year. We looked at many different companies and settled on Kempenfelt Windows & Doors because of their lifetime warranty and the fact that they were many years in business at this point. We are so happy we chose Kempenfelt as the workers (three) showed up right on time and got straight to work. The workers were professional, knowledgeable and Covid-safe. They went above and beyond by offering to come back and replace a part of a pre-existing garage door opener free of charge. Mark helped us from start to finish in the showroom and was very knowledgeable about the Garaga brand which we chose. I feel very comfortable knowing that my garage doors have a transferable lifetime warranty with Kempenfelt.

This is the third time we have used Kempenfelt Windows & Doors and we were once again impressed with the quality and service. They did a wonderful job and left the area clean when they were finished. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

We had a great experience using Kempenfelt Windows & Doors for our exterior door replacements. Paul, our sales consultant, was accommodating, professional, and presented all options so that we got the look we wanted, and stayed within budget. Installation crew were careful and tidy. Will definitely employ again when it comes time for window replacement.

I just want to thank you for another great service (Garage Doors this time). The guys were excellent, very professional. I continue to recommend Kempenfelt Windows & Doors. When I decide to change out my Patio Door, I definitely will give you a call!
