They installed a garage door and a front door this past week. Amazing customer service from the get go. Everything was cleaned up after the job was done and they stand by their product. I’ve used them before and I will definitely be using them again. I love the new look!!! Thanks again!!!

We were really impressed with the installation of the kitchen windows. We were given an estimate of 6 hours to have the five windows installed. The job was completed in just 3 hours!
Living in a rural area, it was impressive that they arrived promptly at the stated time – actually 2 or 3 minutes early.
The three man work crew got immediately to work, efficiently, without a lot of chatter, and noise, or without having to wait for direction or supervision. Inside so many tarps and rugs were laid down that the floor could not be seen.
Then to finish off , they used a good vacuum and I think left the kitchen floor cleaner than it was when they arrived,
The Windows look good, and the installation crew were outstanding. Thank you for a great job, well done.

Kempenfelt Windows & Doors were terrific. From my first meeting with Mark to installation and beyond, top notch customer service. They worked with me to make my ideas come to life. The workmanship is amazing. The installation crew were great too. It was nice to hear the encouragement and praise the senior two gave to the other worker. They discussed and explained to me what they were doing and made sure I was okay with minor adjustments that had to be made to make it work. My experience with Kempenfelt was very professional from beginning to end. I would recommend Kempenfelt to anyone considering purchasing windows or doors and I will certainly call them for future projects.

I’m writing to say “thank you” for the beautiful door. We are very pleased with it. The crew that was sent out, (The A Team) did a good job, were friendly and it was fun to listen to them interact with each other. They cleaned any mess before they left and went above and beyond to make sure that me and my mom were happy. I have already recommended Kempenfelt Windows & Doors to my friends and will continue to do so.
