All employees were fantastic from the sales rep (Eric) to the installers Daryl and Connor. We are very happy and satisfied with the work. Definitely will recommend and use them again.

We had a new patio door installed and now wonder why we didn’t do it sooner. The installer and crew were quiet, clean and very proficient removing the former door (which I could no longer open due to its weight). They respected our home, were neat, tidy and we could not be happier. We are repeat customers and could not be happier. Thank you Kempenfelt Windows & Doors!

27 year old windows replaced. The men arrived in the designated period and got right to work. First laying down floor protection from the front door to each of the windows. We were a bit worried due to the low ceiling of the rec room, but they did not damage it and the trim job is great. Was shown how they operate, especially the ‘cleaning’ feature – love it. They cleaned up inside and out and took the garbage away. The men were courteous, business-like and worked expertly. We have 2 more windows to replace in the other side of the basement and will be having Kempenfelt Windows & Doors quote in the Spring.

My experience with Kempenfelt Windows & Doors was very positive. I was given an approximate installation date and was called a week head with a time then was called the day of installation that they would be delayed an hour. They were all polite and professional they cleaned up completely. I am extremely happy with both the windows and door and have noticed a difference in the temperature around the windows already.
