We were very impressed with the installation crew, headed by Kenny. We found the team to be extremely respectful & caring. Kenny explained/showed us where our problem had originated from. They cleared away all the debris & explained the operation of our lovely new window. If anyone asks we will gladly tell them where we purchased our window.

This was my second experience with Kempenfelt Windows and Doors. I had 4 windows installed this time. Sales was straight up, just sold me what I asked for. Installation was quick, professional, and done to a high standard. They look great. I should note that delivery was delayed by about 6 weeks due to Covid-19 restrictions, but what isn’t these days. Overall, you get what you pay for with this company. I have one more window to replace and I’ll be calling them back.
