We replaced all of our windows in the 2005\06 timeframe and have had some issues over the years; recently a broken seal on one of the windows – yes 2019. Kempenfelt Service has been top notch – they diagnose the problem and fix it – no questions – no issues and no extra charges – seems a rarity in this day and age. Excellent value and service.

Love our new patio door and windows. I didn’t realized how bad the old windows really were till all the new ones were in. Our salesman Paul Howson was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to up-sell us at all. And the crew of 3 installers were exactly on time, very professional and had a great sense of humor. The clean up was well done. We just ordered a new big bay window for the living room!

We are so pleased with the replacement of our front door and window. Right from when we met with Mark Wretham to explore our project to installation we were provided with excellent customer service. Mark walked us through all the details, provided options and made us feel very comfortable. The best part is the house looks amazing! We recently had all of our windows replaced by Kempenfelt Windows & Doors. From our initial consultation with Brent (in the showroom) to the day Rich and the installation crew arrived it was clear this company takes pride in their product and the steps necessary to ensure the work is completed on time. The crew was extremely efficient paying great attention to detail. A follow up with Monique is just another example of their exceptional customer service.
