From the moment we came in to request an estimate right through to a minor problem that had to be addressed, my husband and I found the quality of service and quality of window and the quality of craftsmanship to be of the highest quality!! Would not hesitate to have them back again to do the rest of our windows.

The experience from initial purchase through measurement to installation was painless for us. All staff from sales through to installers were very professional and keen to answer any question we had. Paul offered suggestions and gave us estimates for multiple scenarios. John was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came to do the measurements and choosing colour. Rich, Mark, Tyler and Cody worked seamlessly together and took great pride in their work – it shows, and we are grateful for that. Thanks for following up . . . another reason why Kempenfelt Windows & Doors is consistently voted Barrie’s best. Oh, and I almost forgot, the windows are beautiful and functional.

Great prices, great quality, we compared, very friendly sales, Not pushy, on time with install, non stop work to install 2 sliding patio doors and 1 very large window, cleaned up, installers were very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them to anyone that asks…

I just got my new door installed and it’s gorgeous… The price was responsible compare to other companies but the workmanship from Kempenfelt Windows & Doors was above expectations. I recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.
