Just a quick note to let you know that your installation crew was here yesterday morning and put in our new patio door. The door looks great and seems to be super quiet. I also want to tell you that the crew did a wonderful job. Everything looks much better than the previous installation. The crew had two Kens and a Corey I believe. Friendly, nice to talk to, and very conscientious about their work. It was easy to see that they approached their job very professionally. Please ensure that this e-mail gets forwarded to your owner and anyone who has a “need to know” regarding their great work. We will not hesitate to contact you regarding any future needs. In fact we might be inclined to replace that front window sooner than we expected.

I am very pleased with the service, installation and follow up. Every aspect of the process has been informative and easy. Robert answered all my questions and really gave me reassurance. Rich and his whole crew were the pièce de rési·tance. I was VERY anxious about having a mess and there was some really tricky tile work in my kitchen and I was truly loosing sleep over it all. I lost sleep for nothing. The whole crew was courteous, prompt, professional and cleaned up better than I expected. Rich has a good eye for details and due to structural issue he brought an off centered detail to my attention, gave me some ideas to fix it and he actually fixed it prior to leaving. It is something that stood out to me. I appreciated it, and it set my mind at ease for the rest of the install as it showed he was paying attention to the details…

Bought an old brick schoolhouse and they did my rear living room window to the backyard… AMAZING job, fantastic workmanship and all in one day. These people know their stuff and the product and work show it!!

Highly recommend Kempenfelt Windows & Doors! From sales and installation to service, all staff (Mark, Richie, Mike, Dave…plus – Thank You) were knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
