We had Kempenfelt install 11 new windows last summer. Jay was great at explaining his products and very professional. The install crew was fantastic. I have been waiting for a really cold day to see just how good these windows are. Yesterday was -38C with the wind chill and the difference in our home comfort was incredible. In this day and age how wonderful to experience a business exchange, in this case new Kempenfelt window installations, that delivers everything it promises to do! Especially given the unusual pressure, under which you have all had to work, since Ford cancelled the Ontario Rebate Program and initiated such early deadlines. Rich demonstrated strong, clear communication skills with a quiet, even, competent delivery style and way of directing the rest of the team and supporting them in their tasks. He set a positive tone of unity and exemplified good leadership skills. He was totally focused, aware of what everyone else was doing, and generous when giving direction or answering team questions. He also answered all my questions with great ease and powerful product knowledge. He was highly professional and skilled at problem solving and showed a deep knowledge of all aspects of all the roles required to get the job completed well and on time..

Kenny was enthusiastic, proud of working for your company, and answered all my questions readily and with a wonderful sense of pride in your products and in the high standards that all members ensure are carried out. He too totally reflected the values held by your company to provide a superior quality product and installation of same.

All three men were polite, considerate, and helpful. They worked extremely well together as a cohesive group who shared and cared about the end goal. Each demonstrated a strong commitment to time management and held their focus tightly. They worked really hard and did not waste any moments. As a result you could not ask for a better team to represent your company.

Throughout the past 6 months or so I have also called Monique many times about the Rebate Program status and she has been patient, so helpful, and encouraging. She too demonstrates a level of client service one rarely sees anymore. Others may spout the same words but their actions to provide the same service as you have done, pale in comparison to the actions of your team. And when I have called in and Linda has not been available whoever has answered the phone IE Dennis today, everyone is always so cheerfully helpful.
