I contacted Kempenfelt Windows and Doors to replace 11 windows on my house. Through the process I dealt with Eric, the sales representative. He was very professional and came up with excellent suggestions. The installation crew was just amazing and did a professional job. They went above and beyond their tasks. Hi five to the installers: Kenny, Rich, Andrew, David and Tyler. I would recommend Kempenfelt Windows and Doors anytime.

Very happy with the service. Jay (our sales guy) was fantastic at explaining everything about their product, but it was the installation team that really made all the difference (sorry Jay!). The installers took their time, did the job right, TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR WORK, were polite, cleaned up and kept to their schedule. I would recommend them to anyone needing windows. Thanks for the great service.

Your team was extremely professional, amazingly quick and wow cleaned up you didn’t even know they were here. We love our new garage doors and the openers are so quite. This was a birthday present for Jim and he is so happy.
