Had my entire homes windows replaced this past Thursday. I was pleasantly surprised with how personable and efficient the team was. When they first arrived they explained too me the procedure they use. Every member of the team, five people, had a function, knew when and where they had to be, like a well oiled machine. The newest member of the team had mastered his job, the lead hands ton time to train him for the next step. It was great to witness this kind of dedication. This team takes pride in what they do and did not leave until I had inspected the job and was satisfied. They could not have done anything better. The team took great care in my home, they put down floor protection and when they left it was as if no one has been there. It’s been a week and I am extremely satisfied with my new windows.

I am very impressed with the outstanding customer service I recently received. Kempenfelt went way above the manufacturers warranty without me expecting it or them being asked to do so. They just did it because they felt it was the right thing to do. I would highly recommend them.

Just had 30 Euro Low E Glass windows replace the contractors substandard product. Wow what a difference!! Also had a Dorplex Executive door and sidelights put in which changed the front of house. The neighbours are in awe!! A great experience. I have dealt with company several times over past decade. This time we had Mark as our salesman. A true professional who really is more concerned with your satisfaction than an increase in his commission. No pressure. Answered all questions. The day of install arrived with great crews and great professional work. Very pleased as they were all great ambassadors for there products and company!!! A couple of minor glitches at the end which were handled immediately and completely to our satisfaction. This is the Cadillac of window companies in the GTA!!!

Today, I had my entire home retro-fitted with Kempenfelt’s Euro windows and doors. Mike and his crew should be commended for the excellent service from start to finish. When a consumer faces the daunting task of spending large amounts of money to replace windows and doors, they expect quality and efficiency. Kempenfelt Windows team has this perfected.
