This is just a note to say thank you for a job well done on the installation of our doors. This is the third year in a row we have had work done by Kempenfelt Windows. The first year we had five windows installed and last year we had four larger ones installed. This year we updated our doors.
We have been more than pleased with your work each of the three years. The guys are thorough and when they leave, the place is as clean as when they arrived. They work quickly but meticulously.
This year, from salesman Rob to foreman Tony and the three guys that installed the doors, Leo, Jody, and Austin, we were once again impressed. They even moved a chesterfield and chair outside for us when they had the opening for the doors ripped out.
A job I couldn’t have done as I’m 74 years old. It was most greatly appreciated.Next year we hope to have the upper floor windows replaced by you people. There are four more windows upstairs, plus a bathroom window. When one is on pension, one can only do so much each year.

We decided to replace all 27 windows in our home. After interviewing several companies which were all very good, we chose Kempenfelt Windows and Doors to handle the project. We thought the product that was offered would suit our needs the best. We appreciated the level of dedication to the projected from Eric and Tony and the result was a well orchestrated job. The installation crew of Mike, Brian, Jim and Rich were excellent!
